She Gives Hope will only review replacement or return requests if the product is broken or with a print error, provided that it is caused by She Gives Hope. The user must contact She Gives Hope support within 30 days after the product has been delivered and provide pictures with defects.
In case of a lost or damaged order, She Gives Hope will provide a replacement order. For lost orders over $200 with no tracking information available, refunds will not be provided. All refunds are issues on case to case basis.
