Spiritual Renewal Days – Terms & Conditions

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in a Spiritual Renewal Day with Living With Power Ministries. By registering for an event, you (the “Participant”) signify your acceptance of an obligation to these terms and conditions.

NOW, THEREFORE, in full and complete consideration of Living With Power Ministries authorizing Participant to participate in a Spiritual Renewal Day and all other consideration provided, Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees as follows:

Cancelation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if circumstances prevent you from attending this event, we're happy to transfer to another event or to someone else.

Conduct

Participant shall not engage in disruptive activities during Spiritual Renewal Day. Participant understands they are solely responsible to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to Spiritual Renewal Day event and shall so comply. Participant agrees to be solely responsible and accountable for his/her actions and omissions and shall not ask Living With Power to accept responsibility for the same.

Waver and Release

Participant agrees to assume all the risks and responsibilities surrounding a participation in a Spiritual Renewal Day and, in advance, does release, waive, forever discharge, and covenant not to sue Living With Power Ministries or the Additional Releases from and against any and all liability for any harm, damage, claim, demand, action, cause of action, cost, or expense of any nature that it may have or that may hereafter accrue arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including but not limited to physical injury, suffering, or death, that may be sustained by Participant and/or its Representatives or by any property belonging to Participant, whether caused by the negligence or carelessness of the Living With Power Ministries or Additional Releases with regard to Participant’s participation in the Spiritual Renewal Day. It is Participant’s express intent that this Agreement shall be deemed a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue Living With Power Ministries or the Additional Releases.

Photography and Video/Audio Recording Disclaimer

A Spiritual Renewal Day may involve photography and/or video recordings which may contain your likeness. By participating, you consent to the photography, recording, distribution, or any other lawful use of the materials and waive any and all rights you may have in connection with such materials. Any such images and recordings will be the property of Living With Power Ministries and may be used by Living With Power Ministries for further distribution, or marketing on its website or social media. You also hereby release Living With Power Ministries and its officers, employees, or agents from any liability that may arise from the use of such materials. Your consent, waiver, and release shall extend to any individual who is under your care, guardianship, or agency.

Social Media Disclaimer

Any photos or videos posted from a public social media account using the Spiritual Renewal Day hashtag and/or tagging Lina Abujamra and/or Living With Power Ministries is subject to be used in future Living With Power Ministries event promotions including email, social media, videos, or website space owned by Living With Power Ministries.
